NL4 HDD – server problems [Fixed 29/06]

As many of you have noticed, our NL4 server, alpha, has not been very stable for the last week. All attempts to try and resolve the issues have been slow due to the integrity of data being stored on this server. The servers RAID configuration is acting up and thinks that one of the drives is double degraded. We are in the process of moving data to new hardware, but this issue is delaying the process. Because of this, there may be some intermittent issues until we’re able to get everything fully removed from the problem hardware.

Tomorrow our team will move up the servers again to a new tested hardware to be sure everything work properly, in this case nameservers and hostname will be completely different alpha will not be used anymore as nameserver and udns.in not used anymore, email with new details will be sent to every NL4 users with those details once the migration as been completed.

Domain purchased with us, will be automatically get there nameserver updated so you won't need to update it, however every other domain not registered with us will need to be modified.

Maintenance windows as usually during offpeak hour: 11h PM to 12h PM don't try to modify or edit anything during the maintenance  because it will not be available later.

Hopefully the new server will be stable and recurring issue you are experiencing fixed.
